div恐怖症患者の手記（※0）

div病という病気がある。（※1）
専らCSSによるデザインのために、<div><span>を頻繁に利用するという症状があり、主にネットや書籍などで感染するらしい。
しかし私はそれよりももっと発生率が低く、治りにくい病気にかかってしまった。
div記述恐怖症である。
div病に冒されることを極度に怖がるあまり、明確な意味付けがなされたdiv、文書のグルーピングをする為に必要なdivまでも記述することができなくなる病気だ。
一見するだけではハイテクニックなCSS職人との区別が付けられないこと（※2）、日常生活に支障を来すことが少ないこと等から、病気を見つけることが困難らしい。（※3）
しかし、テンプレート職人としては大変厄介な病気である。
なぜならばdivがまったくない、カスタマイズが非常に困難なテンプレートしか作れなくなってしまうからだ。（※4）
私はテンプレート職人生命が経たれない為にも、セラピーに参加することにした。
div記述恐怖症が一刻も早く治ることを祈るばかりだ・・・・。

※0: この話は7割嘘、3割真実なので信じてはいけません。我ながらブラックジョークすぎるなぁ。
※1: div病に関してはDIV病を参照。
※2: 言うまでもないが、「divの使用をしていない＝div記述恐怖症」である訳ではない。
※3: divの使用を控えるのは妥当だし一般的な流れでもあるため、自覚症状がなく発見が困難。R'styleさんと洵さんの記事を読むことにより自覚する。
※4: CSSハックを多用したdiv一つないテンプレートか、論理的な意味付けがされたdivのあるテンプレートか。どちらがカスタマイズしやすいかは自明である。
